Massage therapy for pain management and injury recovery is paid my most insurance carriers. With a prescription from your primary physician you can get massage therapy or manual manipulation of soft tissue to heal and recover from various types of personal injury, workmen's compensation, and auto accidents. Your doctor will usually prescribe massage in lieu of large doses of medication which can ultimately damage your liver and other internal organs. Massage therapy can also naturally ween you off harmful drugs and the side effects of taking such medication.

Medicare

Medicare patients get the kid glove treatment for maintenance we allow for a once a month massage which costs $35.00 per visit. If medically necessary massage is prescribed, you are entitled up to 5 times per week with a physician's referral ($35.00 copay per visit). Prescription form

Medicaid PAC Waiver

Medicaid PAC Waiver is now accepted as of April 24th, 2009. Medicaid will pay for two 1 hour sessions per month with referral from your doctor. You must have the form completed below by a referring physician. Take the referral form to your case manager and get authorization. Once you have completed all of this your case manager will give you an authorization form to bring to our facility and then we can get started.
